How do I open an account with Txley: Txley offers to open accounts to BUSINESS and qualified COMMERCIAL customers only. Applications can take 1 to 2 weeks. Many companies that are used as credit references will respond only to written requests for information. Until an open account is established, purchases can be made over the phone by Credit Card.

How do I apply? Can we have revolving accounts: Applications can be emailed to you by Accounting Dept of Txley by calling (360)545-4433 or downloading a PDF version from this site. Once an Open Account is established, payment terms are net 10/20/30 days from the date of invoice. Statements are not sent out by mail, but Invoices are emailed, so customers are expected to pay from the invoice. To maintain open account status, invoices must be paid within the terms stated. No orders will be shipped on past due accounts until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. Applications must be signed and then faxed or mailed back to us in order to complete processing.

What are Back Orders: Back orders are when an item is not available for immediate delivery. This happens due to logistics backlog or manufacturing or distribution delays. There are times when Txley must back-order items you want. Txley maintains a computerized back-order file and automatically ships items to you as soon as they become available. If you do not want back orders shipped, please inform us and we will mark your records accordingly.

How does Equipment Warranty work: All equipment�s are sold with a factory warranty. Factory Warranties are usually between 3 months to 2 years. Txley may offer additional in-store warranty after the factory warranty. Should a problem arise, we ask that you contact a Txley representative so that we may forward it to the manufacturer. To avoid costly down time, we may ship and bill you for a replacement part. When the factory qualifies the part under the terms of the stated warranty, we will credit your account for the price of the replacement item. In the event that the factory does not cover the replacement under the warranty, we will inform you of the reason why and appeal their decision, if so desired. In the event that the warranty is still denied, we will process the replacement part invoice for payment.
